Q : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A : We are a manufacturer. We have one of the largest OEM factories in China's building materials industry.

Q : What are the main materials of your doors and Windows?

A: At present, our doors and Windows mainly use high-performance UPVC profiles/broken bridge aluminum profiles, standard hollow tempered white glass, Low-E glass, using imported hardware accessories or Chinese top brand hardware.

Q : What’s your monthly production/supply capacity?

A: About 5000 sqm/month.

Q : Can you email your E-catalog with all pictures and prices?

A: Sure, we can, but many kinds of windows and doors haven't been included in the catalog. It is better you tell us what kind of product you are interested in. Then, we provide the details and relevant information to you.

Q : What is your main products?

A: Our main products include aluminum windows and doors, uPVC windows and doors, passive house windows, garage doors, and railings.

Q : What’s your policy for samples?

A: We can provide free samples as per your request. Please contact us to talk about the specific policy.

Q : How to install the window?

A: We have an installation guide to help you to get an easy installation, and subframes of installation are highly recommended for double brick walls, brick veneer walls, concrete walls, timber walls...

Q : What’s your payment term?

A: Payment≤ 1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥ 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept a 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, the balance paid before loading(L/C at sight is available)

Q : How long is the Quality Guarantee Time and after-sales service?

A: We provide 15-20 years quality Guarantee. We have an office in Sydney to provide after-sales service. For other countries, you can call us or Email us, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

Q : PVC and aluminum, which is better?

A: It's hard to simply say one is better. Each one has its advantages. PVC is good at insulation and is more economical. Aluminum is better in hardness and security.

Q : How do you pack your products to ensure that they won't be damaged during transit?

A: There are three kinds of packing, such as bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. If full container, we advise using a bubble bag. It can save more space and hold more goods in the same container. Usually, the packing is a bubble bag + a wooden frame. The best packing is a bubble bag + wooden case. Some bulk cargo and some developed countries, such as the USA, Australia, and some countries in Europe, need wooden case packing because of their special requirement, and wooden case can protect the goods very well.

Q : What can you do for me if the windows were damaged when I opened the container?

A: If the windows were damaged when you received them, Please send us a photo, and we will replace your new ones freely.

Q : What’s your MOQ?

A: We can accept small orders even samples and with high quality.

Q : What kinds of hardware mostly?

A: German brand, China top brand, Australia brand depends on customer choice.

Q : What is your delivery time?

A: 25-35 days depends on deposit received and customer drawing signature.

Q : Do you accept customized designs and size?

A: Yes, sure. We accept OEM and ODM. Also provide standard size of windows and doors, just as your requirements.

Q : What kind of packing do you have?

A: We usually have three kinds of packing, such as bubble bag, bubble bag+wooden frame, bubble bag+wooden case.

Q : How can I know the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requirement, it is better to provide the following information so that we are able to give you an exact quotation.(1) Official drawing of windows & doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;(2) Your selection of the color for the frame and also the thickness of the profile;(3) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;(4) Any other personal customized requirement.

Q : Do you know what is U-value?

A: Yes, it simply means that every degree of temperature difference between a hotter air space and a colder air space, the heat energy will transfer per sq.m tothe colder air space. For example, let say your house has a ceiling area of 100sqm, the difference in temp is 30deg, and the amount of watts you pay for consume is 6000w. Then the U-value is 6000w/100m * 30k=2w/(m *k).

Q : What type of fly screen you could supply?

A: We have three styles of fly screen. One is roller style for casement window ,one is sliding style for sliding window and door, and the last one is folding style forcasement door. Besides, the fly screen is made of 3 different materials, namely nylon, steel and Kingkong net.

Q : What kind of film do you use for the surface of doors and Windows?

A: All of our products use Renolit Exofol, which can customize colors and SST solar thermal shielding technology can reduce the internal temperature of profiles, service life is more than 15 years.

Q : Can we order different models and colors in one order?

A: Sure. You can mix the colors and models.

Q : How many cubic meters would an order like this, when packaged, occupy in a container?

A: (1)As for the container, 20 container (20GP) can pack 26 cubic meters. The 40 foot container (40HQ) can hold 54 cubic meters.As for the bulk cargo, we can also pack them in a safest way for you, so as to save the freight cost.

Q : Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

A: Sure. We warmest welcome your coming to our factory to have a vist. Our factory located in Dongguan, which is very near to Shenzhen, close to HongKong.

Q : Can you send quotation?

A: As you know, aluminum windows and doors are non-standard products. We need to know your requirements first, such as which window and door type, size, quantity, and hardware. We would appreciate it if you can send us windows schedule.

Q : Do you offer size measurement service or installation service?

A: Sorry, we do not offer size measurement and installation services for small projects, as we are hard to win the working visa, but if the project is big and we will find out the solution by recommending a local team to offer size measurement and installation then.

Q : What is your standard color for aluminum frames?

A: Powder coating (Frost black and Sliver grey)

Q : Is there a price difference between powder coating and anodizing?

A: No
